The Manchester Athletic Club is proud to offer over 80 group fitness classes FREE included in your membership. We have top-notch group fitness instructors and the highest quality classes on the Northshore. Our programs are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities. You will be sure to find a class you love with our wide area of programs that include Strength & Conditioning, Indoor Cycling, Corecicle, HIIT, Yoga, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, PlyoJam, Step, Fit At Any Age, Stretch classes, TRX, Les Mils Body Pump & Combat, Aquatics fitness & Aqua Barre.
Classes may be booked thru that App up to 6 days in advance. Class cancelations may be done up to 12 hours before the scheduled class. We offer waitlist spots for all classes, and you will be notified if a class spot becomes available.
